The Observatory is interested in joining COST and would like to encourage our partners in the Near Neighborhood countries (Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, the Palestinian Authority, Russia, Syria, Tunisia and Ukraine) to join this effort, so that we can cooperate in this Framework : http://www.cost.eu/about_cost/cost_countries/international_cooperation/nnc

  1. Excellente initiative dans un monde en pleine mutation. L’ Observatory of the Black, Gulf and Mediterranean Seas (OBGMS) reste un levier incontournable pour une Lisibilité accrue et une Visibilité tangible et une Prévisibilité foncière des tendances de fonds pour un accroissement significatif de notre PIB “Bonheur International Balisé” .
